HTML Forms.

Okay, I know how to do basic HTML forms, but what I want to do now for my website, is have a submission form where people can upload/attach a picture file to it. Basically, I'm making a section that says "submit your artwork!" and I want them to be able to attach a picture, fill out the fields i provide, and when they hit "submit", i want it to send the information and picture to my email...so I can create a page for them. Is this possible to do? Thanks.

I'd also like to know that with the addition of having someone be able to log into there account from a portal page much like BF does.

As for the login, IDefy, I have no idea..... There are so many ways to do this, but I know not one of them.
