How would you drop someone (in game) with SF's IP sniffer?

Since it snags their IP address, how would you ping someone so bad (in the custom game) that they would lag out? I've heard you can do it, but how? Thanks in advance for the help.

I think its cause you have their IP address that it sens have whole bunch of usless information that boots or disconnects them.
