How to stop the minimize button

you know the little minimize button on the side? is there someway I can "de-activate ite" without ripping the button out?

I heard of a program that did just that.. Damn I can't think of the name of it.. I'll do some think'n and get back to you with this.. But there is such a program if that helps your hunt.

Maybe increase your pointer speed so that you don't hit it accidentally?

You can make your own 'template' for windows in windowmaker for windowblinds (http://www.stardoc.com i belive the site is ) You can add/remove the buttons, take the 'windows' skin, and modify it, i did it like a year or two ago, and don't remember exactly how, it would be easyer to make it do a differant action.

but I remember there being a program that you tun and it just disables it. It was in the diablo section a long time ago....

I like the button, I don't press it in battle, so it doesn't affect me. It takes me to the desktop faster than alt+tab so I just press that.
