How to make a lightning javazon?

What would be the best way to make a lightning skill javazon? I think I can handle gear and stat pts, but I dont know which skills to max.

lightning fury, charged strike, and their synergies. (i dont think u need to max power strike btw, cuz then u wouldnt have enuf pts for passives)
