How to get account back

I wont tell the entire story bcause it's kinda long and boring, but a new friend of mine allied with an old that I was trusting and he asked me what anti virus I had, so I told him I had AVG and like 2 hours after, my pc turned off. I opened it, diablo2 was uninstalled, so I installed it again, and when I went on bnet, all my passwords were changed. I got some screenshot + email of the 2 guys + proof that he stole me (logs on d2 with pictures)

I emailed blizz support and they said to email the hacks section, I did but they did not answer me and I sent the email 1 week and half ago

My question: Who I have to talk to so I can have my account rollbacked.

Sounds to me like your so called friend already had you trojaned, and when he betrayed you he turned that info over to the other guy, and they both had a field day on your accounts. I would either use the email feature and get your accounts back for now, and since you say you have so called proof, I would email them again with it, or go as far as calling there tech line, and they will patch you through to there closed support section, and you can talk with them and furbish the proof to them, or they will dig it up if you emailed it. It can take anywhere up to 2-3wks for them to actually respond to an email, so your best shot is to probably call them and fast track it.

You can get it back, but I would suggest against even bothering. It'll be completely void of all charactors and items. Just create a new one unless it's an original or something...

you must have downloaded something. do you know what kind of skill someone would have to pocess to not only hack a computer w/o a trojan, but to also hack it and uninstall diablo, shut it down, AND hack bnet servers to steal your password? that just doesnt happen in diablo.

best bet is password recovery, there is no "rollback" for you raccount, your shits probably gone unless this godly haxor was stuipd and decided to USE your account instead of xfer the gear off.

Well, my account with my 2x sorc lvl 90 was'nt registred on my email, so I can't get my password back, it was an old account of my old friend that he gave me.

I get my pal almost llv 90 back but he's naked, the asshole muled everything.

btw: are you sure you can't get your account rollbacked?

As I am not 100% I doubt that you can get it rolled back, although I have heard a few people report that with the right communication and proof they were able to get the characters back.

you have a better chance of going into a "free if wait" game and getting a godly setup for a character than you do with bnet rolling your account back.
