I'm sorry to disappoint you but that expired long ago. It was originally intentioned for previous versions. In fact, elitegrounds removed it from downloads quite recently.

ÃL no longer works as of the 1.12b patch. They patched the UTF-8 exploit which allowed bots to talk in colors via using the à character, and in fixing it so the StarCraft client can no longer view that character, colors and the ÃL crash are no longer possible.
But yes when it was possible you could simply whisper it to another user in a game. I even made a simple CHAT client bot to do it automatically for me.
