How to center text with overlapping marks?

Some people talked about centering text with overlapping marks. How? If you know anything about it tell me plz!

I don't get it what do you mean by "centering text"???

Well, you make an back overlapping mark before, then you write the text to be centered (on the line), and at end you write a front overlapping mark.

Actually it has been changed to Only have a back overlapping mark at the beginning of text. What I mean by centering text is, in my Signature everything is in the middle of the post. That's what I mean.

In SC, there is an overlapping mark, but in battleforums, how do you do it? (wich symbol)?
