There's a quest the local hunter trainer gives you to go to your race's main city to talk to the trainer there. That trainer teaches you how to feed and some other stuff.

Try the hunter trainer at razor hill or w/e it's called. He should have the quest you're looking for.

The guy there after you do his quest in Razor Hill (The Hunter Trainer) He sends you to meet with the Hunter Trainer in Org. Just ask a guard where the hunter trainer is when u get to org then follow the flag or whatever it is. Hope this helped
