i know they used to be really goos, then whit rings came, and now since there ban, are SOJ's back to being good??

why are you asking how good they are, just look at the stats and find out your self., they are about 8:1 for high runes.

yes they are 1 of the best rings in the game i think if u have mana shield wit a sroc u gonna wanna have alot of mana so sojs will help u wit that
