How is my char?

Just wondering what all of ya think of this. I'm not rich, so don't expect Ãœber Items. And i haven't played in a while, so i dont' remember everything, and some may be incorrect.

Alusaron Lvl 79 Paladin Zeal/charge
Helm- Some +25 strength and 30% resist all circlet. (I think)
Belt- Snowclash (for cold absorb)
Gloves- Sanders (IAS)
Armor- Low defense Shaft (it was free), or a 189% Guardian Angel when i need extra resists.
Boots- Vidalya's, i think (for faster run,)
Ring 1- Raven Frost
Ring 2- 8% life leech
Amulet- Eye of Etlich (Don't laugh, i haven't gotten around to bargaining for a mara's)
Weapon- 112% Schaefer's Hammer (I know, its a glorified toothpick)
Shield- Perfect 200% Herald of Zakarum

Thats all i have. I know it sucks, but can i get some suggestions on how to improve? I know you probably say Ith items or a cmse, but that isn't possible. I have no spare sojs or anything. I do believe, however, i have a large charm that does +6 max, +33 AR, and +32 Life . I also have one that is +4 max, +34 ar, and 5% faster run/walk.
How much are those worth, if anything. Thanks in advance.
