How Do You Put a (Left Skill) On your Right Click

Hey i remember there was a way to put a Left Klik Skill (left skill) on your Right Klik Skill but i forgot how? Does anyone know? does it require a program now?

coming from someone who didnt know about act2 drop programs, couldnt find the program in the forum even though the programs title is in the threads name and had to double post when it was finally found :-/

i thought there was a separate program that would allow this. (used in the old telekinesis dupe) i cant remember its name though.
