How do you make a mod?

The mod is going just fine, I decided that that air version of Wing Zero should have the Yamato Cannon as its attack, and i'm also making a ground Wing Zero out of the Goliath, with Yamato Cannon as its attacks!

I'm screwing Stardraft, insted, I'm using winmpq and mpqdraft to do the same job! And RetroGRP just failed on me! It doesn't like my dropship as a Apachie helecopter, with H.A.L.O. Rockets and Guass Riffle!
