How do you get more than 2 ops in one channel?

I've been wondering this for a while and I'm trying to do it. If someone could just explain to me how then it would be greatly appreciated.

Also I wasn't sure if this should go in this forum and sorry if it is in the wrong one. Thanks in advance for any help!

Ok, I know that but if you already have 2 ops how do you get three or more? I've seen this in other channels. Sorry if worded the question unclearly.

You can only do it in Clan channels because of SHaman!! (I believe so anyways!#@
