How do you forward ports?

I am in desperate need. (I use Bitorrent occasionally and supposedly its preferable that certain ports are forwarded and certain things are done, ie remove firewall)

But I dont know how. I use a Belkin router, anyone else use that??? So exactly how do you forward em cuz I'm an idiot... please be patient.

Read the 'Ultimate Router FAQ' should tell you how to forward
