How do you make the upgrade a same cost? 1 mineral and gas forever for shield , armor , weapon. Please tell me. Thanx

Go to scenario ---> upgrade settings.
Set the mineral cost to 1, and the factor to 0 (increases by the factor each time). To make the time cost 0, input the # 8739
