How do u make triggers in world edit?

god its so confusing, its like a bunch of letters and numbers and i have no idea how to create triggers. so can some1 tell me how?

Trigger Editor! You need to make triggers based on:

Event - What happens that will start this
Condition - Any validation that needs to be checked before Actions may begin
Action - What happens!

A trigger is basically a series of calls or "functions" that will do certian things. I would need to get home to continue explaning the process.
