How do u make a poll?

help! ineed to know how to make a poll. i wanna know the requirements of a silence cs or cb, if its better than fury, and if a cb is better than a cs (cb does more dmg, but cb is faster)

ok when you make a thread there should be a make a poll option. Put a Check mark on the little box and post thread and then the poll options should appear
