change things on my profile. if not i can do it, and other creatures have to do it for me, i want my signature to say PENIS! and my writings on the left where it say newblar or something now to say PENIS! and i want the avatar to be a pic of.. well you know what im talkin about....

First of all, u cant hav a pic of a penis in ur avatar.

Second, go to user caps, n then click edit profile.

This belongs in Tech Support. And why do you say "other creatures"? Go up to User CP and click Edit Profile, you will see where your signature is after you scroll down.
