Lets assume for the moment I wanted to make my own .Dll file hack .. how would I go about doing that?

I want to make a host hack that is compatible with INHALE ... ( .dll format )

yea Dev c++ is good....once you get the compiler, start learning to program (Dev C++ comes with a basic tutorial, easy to follow)
