How do i work d2hackit

I downloaded the d2 hack pack, but i can't get it to work. I unzipped the files, started D2 LoD, alt-tabbed, opened "loader.exe" and it says "unable to find patch location"

what do i need to do?

i know, very noobish. sorry.

patch_d2.mpq ... it can't find the file.... i think... mess around with d2hackit.ini
