How do i load a char onto jammelas character editor???!?

i just downloaded jammellas char editor and i dont know how to load a char on to the screen so i can add crap to her. every time i try to click on a tab it says must open a character so if u know how to plz e-mail me!!

well first, you click on the *.d2s file in your /save/ directory...

and then go wild.
