How Do I Get My 2nd CD Key MPQ FIle?

i Got c3po... and i got 2 cd keys i wanna load my second cd key on to it so when i load up 2 d2s with loader i can rush myself..... but its asking for the damned MPQ file and i dont know what the **** that is.... in any case if any of u can help out that would be great thanks -DraGoN
