How do i get into hell with lvl 1

I saw many ppl who are with lvl 8 and so on in hell ? how does this work? without ancients quest?

Tell me the scret plz

There is a way that you don't need to do the ancients.

If a player that needs the baal quest kills baal while partied to the low lvl char, who is in town, the low lvl char will get credit for the quest.

make d2 classic character, then get rushed and go to hell.

no no no u all got it wrong ... u need a person that has already finished the ancients quest but still needs to kill baal ....... and get his quest ... u make a game ........ party with him , and let him do the baal quest u just w8 in town let him kill baal , .... and then you will get it go in the tp then enter the red portal and voila ... uv'e just become a slayer /// at lvl 1 champion..etc.....
