How do i get a really good weapon?

I just want a way to get a ok weapon and make it really good. I need a way to make my sucky items really good or a easy way to find really good items. Please tell me some bot our hack that does this.

erm, pindlebot mfs for you. it uses your own characters and does a bunch of pindleruns in a row. but i think popping would be a big issue then, and i thought bnet was banning accounts for that. the only other thing i can think of is a drop hack, and i don't know any of those. both are quite risky and have a high chance to be infected.
