You can use GUEdit or X-tra editor. I think there's a number you can use in normal Staredit that also sets the upgrades, but I can't remember what it is.

You need Starcraft X-tra Editor which can be obtained in my Good-Bye thread.

but ive had problems with both of those,insallation problems on Xtra Editor it says the procedure entry point RichEdit10ANSIWndProc could not be located in the dynamic link library RICHED20.dll, what do i do?

no, nothing can, sorry. oh, and you when you have one of those editors. you have to hold on the up button. you cant type in the 255.
