How do can a lvl 1 in hell?

I have seen many ppl under lvl 20 in act 5 hell. how do they do that? i tried to rush a lvl 1 for normal but can't completed the Ancient quest.. would u guys tell me what's the secret? thanks

well it depends are you playing on ladder because if your not then it could be pre patch characters that were rushed because pre patch chars it didnt matter what lvl u were to complete quests

U can go beat baal without beating ancients.
All you need to do is be on the party and be close to the tp.

this is what you do-
a1- kill andy normally
a2-get staff and go through the arcane sanc
a3- kill high council in trav and get rusher to send wp of durance
a4- kill d normally
a5- your gonna have to do ancients q to get to baal

and thats how you rush

you all don't know do you... tisk tisk tisk...

Here is how to do it...

You make a game so that the baal quest can be done, then sum1 who is rushing gets to the throne, and sum1 who hasn't done the quest goes with the rushing person. Then you just wait in town where the tps are. Then when they kill baal the person in the worldstone will get the quest and so will you.

Its diff, he saying some1 in the party must b in the chamber and didnt hav the quest in order to get the quest.
