How cheap is stuff like 4 ptopaz armor?

Well I decided to start playing D2 again, and of course since I havent played in 6 months, my accts are gone and it's start from square one. So I'm wondering how much it would take to get like 4 ptopaz splintmail or such (and other low mf stuff like gull) to work my way up. USeast ladder.
