Hoto question

Im curious.. Scepters are mace class... and HOTO is supposed to work in staves/mace class weapon.. unless theres something im missing, why doesnt hoto work in scepters?

Maces = Mace, Morning Star, Flail, and Exceptional/Elite versions. This does not include any other types of Maces.

Scepters can be 4 Sockets and on that note I have a 4 Socket Griz for trade

No, I didnt. But i heard someone bitching about it on bnet and they showed it to me lol.. i felt so bad for them since it does say "Mace Class" on scepters so i understand why they made the mistake.
