how many ist is worth a perfect cta and a hoto.
Is there anyways of getting a cta or hoto with 1 ist

you would need a lot of ists to get a perfect cta. I don't know the exact price, but I'm pretty sure its ~5 hr. As for a hoto, you can get a 30-31 hoto for 1x ist.

40 HOTO is about 10 ist. P CTA is about 15 ist.
