Hot and cold, then hot, and cold...

With this crazy sweltering weather and frequently going in and out of air conditioned places that result in frequent air temperature change, it's so easy to catch a nasty cold.

I've already avoided too much extreme temperature change by bearing with the heat at home, but it looks like it's going to be a nightmare dealing with a possible tummy bug today.

Swine flu? Nah, it's already been over a week since I've last been on a plane. But I admit I did come down with a slight fever last night, though it's gone down now.

Still, I really ought to rest more, but proper rest feels like an unaffordable luxury nowadays.

Dunno what a plane has to do with things. It's not like swine flu is just on planes in the UK.

Just call your boss and say you have swine flu - easy rest, and a fever to prove it.

They'll assume it's swine flu as long as you've just got off a plane. That's the way things work here.

Days off? Manty never takes days off! With the monstrous amount of things to do, I can't afford to take any day off, other than to ask for earlier leave.

It's not so bad now compared to yesterday Sean, fever really has gone down after forcing myself to sweat last night. Before that, my face was crossing between paleness and redness from the fever, which was pretty damn scary when I went out to buy water.

At the moment, am studying fashion design, but one missed class and it's 10 hours of work missed.

I've had enough of this boring thing named "management studies". This is a really hands on course though you could describe it as the "course from hell". I'll probably need another 3 years experience before I can dare myself to go on Project Runway if I wanted to.

9-5 isn't for everybody. And I definitely don't want a job that's just a job that bores me. Sure it's difficult and you need to work your ass off, but at the end of the day, I love what I'm doing.
