Horadric staff

i know that this is a pointless question, but do u get to keep the staff after tal rasha's tomb? the staff has really helped me so far, and its bothering me if i have to get rid of it.

Well, you have to put it in the Horadric Orifice in order to open up Tal Rasha's tomb to durial, so I guess that means you do have to use it. Unless you don't mind spending the rest of your days on act 2.

The thing is, even if you don't use your own staff to open up Tal Rasha's tomb and you join somebody else's game to kill Duriel to advance to Act 3, the staff would vanish from your inventory. So it's a nice staff, but unfortunately can't use it beyond Act 2.
