Hmmm, this could be a potential dupe

So i have 2 computers next to eachother, each have diablo2 and lod installed with diff keys, so i can get on both at same time

now, today i found out, i can log onto the same account on both computers at the same time, not only that, but if i do it right, i can log onto the same character from both computers at the same time

i login to the acct on one, chose my sorc, make a game, it goes
on 2nd comp, i login to bnet, pick the same sorc, and it makes it into the chat room, i can even whisper to myself and it pops up on the other comp, so now i have 2 of the exact same chars on bnet

thing is, is that i cant seem to create or join a game, maybe just me but dont know, just freezes then says failed to create or failed to join game, then sometimes my connection to bnet is lost

however, if someone can figure out how to either get in a game or join a game, thne u have 2 of the same char runnning at once, meaning 2x items, and thatd be cool dupe

ummm you almost got it there
read the sticky on how to dupe... (lag a game to hell) then you can join a game with the char... whilest also being in another game....

why flame him, at least hes trying to think of ideas and posting them, most of u are just leeching waiting for releases, and if u thought that u found a potential dupe, i bet most of u would keep it for urself

I found out the same thing I also have 2 computers

so I even tried to create a game at the SAME time
but its hard
cause you need 2 people for it
you need to be synchronized =)

i think you can't synchronize it, because if you're logged on to one acc twice and both are in channel, one of you will be kicked from b.net ..... so maybe it would be possible with alot of lag... but i think there is already one method like that.... we call it "lag-dupe" ^^ :]
