[EDIT] Ah I see it. His face is green. Yea that's just a glitch.

He's wearing Shako, and It's green. It would give a green flicker on his face, much like Vipermagi does to your body when you wear it.

Basically what Darkmatter said. Take of the Shako and he will turn back to normal.

(I love how the Shako is green)
