Hitachi CPL 2005 Summer is putting on a Starcraft Tourny, Need Help.

I have been instructed to put on a Tourny in the Hitachi Both and have decided to put on a Starcraft Tourny. Back in the day when I played Starcraft, there was B-Net servers that could be ran over the network. As I searched for such servers, all where not availible or where shut down from Blizzard. I want to know how to setup a Starcraft Tourny and what software I should be using to run the tourny.

PVPGN from what I've seen will not do what I want to do. I'm looking for a way to create a game in console mode to allow players to connect. The current method requires one of the players to host the game, I do not want that, I want to host the game on my server and allow the computers to then connect. Is there a console dedicated server for Starcraft?
