Highlight Image

How do you make that thing where you select an image (like ctrl+A), and then you see another image, without seeing a significant part of it without highlighting it? Thanks.

Yes I've seen it. It's on ebaumsworld, but its a naked girl, so I can't post the image. Anyway, does anyone know how?

There are so many tutorials on that site, I think there are repeated also. Do they have a search function?? Cause that would be very useful.
