High runes

uhhh what exactly constitues being a high rune?

vex+ is wat most people wud go for but some class hrs as ist

I would have to use Maphack to determine which ones are high. In my opinion, if its greater than Amn (11). Then its good.

Mal, Ist, Gul, Vex, Ohm, Lo, Sur, Ber, Jah, Cham, Zod
These runes are the rarest and hardest to find. Notice 2 of them are 2/3rd of Enigma?


The only rare rune I got is Cham (Freezes target or makes you unable to be frozen) and it used in 3 1.10 runewords (Hand of Justice, Doom and Pride).

but most say sur isn't a HR cuz its in barely any runeword...
