PUL - ZOD, Although there are people out there that have a fascination with KO, so you could start there if you wanted to.

well im not sure about the rune prices right now (in 1.11 since i no longer play) but back in 1.10, if a rune is worth 2 ists 1 um, then it's a high rune (though some actually sell em for 2 ist).

vex runes and up are worth (or used to worth) 2 ists 1 um
im not sure about the price of high runes in 1.11, but high runes will always start at vex

btw the 2 ists 1 um part probably only applies to ladder (i dont play non-ladder so i wouldnt know)

Vex and up are high runes but people still trade with puls-ists. Nobody likes guls.

THinking baout it? lol... don't... the game has gone to the wolves. There are almost no decent baalrunnners playing anymore, most of the baal games you enter have some noob who bought their account and are teleing baal, then die, so everyone leaves the game and tries again. And even if you reach the throne, nobody knows the etiquette and protocol, of baalrunning anymore... it's really sad...

They sell acc to some Moron who dont know shit, and this moron **** up in every game he enter, making even more ppl quit and sell their acc to Even more Morons ... .. Its like an Evil circle .. allmost a Shame

can't learn something your not taught. It has been awhile since I played Diablo, but never has anyone told me about top 2 or any other stuff like helping tele sorc when dies or walking with low-lvl builds insted of ditching them to throne. I never knew any of these save the last 2 cause I always want to help everyone out that I can. But when you enter worldstone chamber when they say top2. What new person to Diablo do you think would know what that is?? or even the few tele chars that didnt buy their chars on ebay get swarmed by black souls, or any other large group of monsters, and die. They get slumped into that category?

it's unfair stereotyping (In a video game? come on!).

None of the Diablo "Veterans" I have encountered in-game have never took the time to even explain to new players or players that have been playing but just don't know any of the status quo of diablo. Not every person you try to explain the politics of diablo to is gonna be complete idiots bent on conquering the epitome of complete stupidity. People as I don't know everything that Diablo "Vets" coined like the hundreds of acronyms like hr, soh, botd, thd keys, and so on. You guys are either gonna have to work with us or keep thinking that every noob you encounter has their eye's shut and their ear's closed.

Give a noob a chance..... or two.

EDIT: sorry it looks choppy! stressed for time!

EDIT2: Vex and higher dude!

I think HR's begin with Ist, but only some of those runes above Ist are worth anything. Like Zod the peak of the runes, but I would gladly give up a Zod for Ist, Cham, or even a Um.

Mid runes are pul, um mal and gul. Other than that, there isn't really a set price for runes lower than that. Ist rune, is well, ist. When people say offer in hr, they do not mean in ists. High runes are vex and up, and they are all worth the same amount (I can't remember if it was 2 ist 1 um, or 1 ist 2 um :/).

X Low runes =pul
2pul=um
3pul=mal
4 pul (2 um)=gul
6 pul (3 um/2 mal)=ist
2 ist 1 um [I think]=High runes.

I believe it's always been Vex+ to be considered a high rune. they're generally interchangeable in terms of price. you'd usually get an even trade for any runes between Vex and Zod, or they'd all be about the same price in terms of lower runes.

ladder prices are totally messed up now, but I like it. makes it way easier for me to get the runes I want. high runes generally cost ist+um now, but the players with massive amounts of duped runes will easily give a high rune for just ist or mal. the prices dropped a lot in the last 3-4 weeks.

easiest way to deal with gul now is to trade down for mal. mal will get you a high rune on ladder, with patience. I can usually find someone willing to trade their high rune for mal within an hour.

it started as a really bad (constantly broke) season for me, but it has definitely picked up in the last few weeks.

Depends on realm, and what exactly you're talking about when you say high.

If you mean high level of runes, it depends on what you consider to be high. It could be anywhere from ko+ or um +, depending.

If you are talking in terms of value though, it will vary on each realm as to whats considered a HI RUNE value.
Some places its vex and higher, and certain runes won't count. Other times, Gul and Ist are included. Also sometimes, Ist is desired above all other runes.. it just really depends.
