It does nothig if you have jamellas you can be lvl 99 and have stats be as high as you want

high levels

high levels are very different then 99's the modifiers u need to make a killer supreme or elite (high level) are not the same at all. high levels kill much easier then the lower classes. if hacked rite a 1-2 hit kill is not uncommon.
