"High Bias II" on cassette tapes?

Anyone have a ****ing clue what the hell that means? Some customer came in today and asked me that question. My only answer for him was, "Duhhhh Canada sucks".

Tried looking for it on http://everything2.com which has EVERYTHING... didn't have it.

RadioShack is outdated... Maybe he was looking for like cassettes that modified his RadioShack pants.
