Hex Can Not Be learned

No one here is smart enough to teach me how to crash diablo II with hex. I have tryed to figure what you said but it all is messed up i edit stuff like crazy nothing happens! how can i get to the filr thats running like D2common.dll how can i get to and edit when its running its crazy ill still try to learn but if you can help me post here

i worked it out i tell you in easy terms

1. download the program he said, OLLYDBG
2. open diablo 2
3. open ollydbg
4. go to options>just in time debugging
5. click the button to make ollydbg a just in time debugger
6. go to file>attach and click diablo 2 in the window column
7. go to view>executable modules wait for it to come up and scroll down to d2common
8. highlight the entire hex code, right click, go to binary and click fill with fops (or something like that, the game is now crashed, now exit the hex editor

This method ****ed up my computer though so use at own risk
