Hero Help

The UMS map that im making, has about 12 heros or so, and i have them all working for player 1, but for some reason razgeal the corsiar hero doesnt appear at all. It takes my money but doesnt give me the hero. The trigger is set up like this:

Condition
Player 1 brings civ to hero-cors.
Player 1 accumilates atleast 275 minerals

Action
Create one razgal (corsiar hero) at red location.
Subtract 275 minerals from player 1.

If anyone can help id appreciate it im using X-tra editor.

hmm try n to set up a diferent location like Location Red Heros or what ever u want it to be called

I tried that, but all the heros work but that single one. its really strange,

maybe you have the location set to only elevation, not "air." That's probably not the case but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

if you never do anything to the location, it shouldn't do what i just described. It could only be that way if you went in there and deselected the air ones.

I made a quick map to test this myself, bringing a Civilian to one beacon to give me 250 minerals then to another to create a Raszagal. Oddly enough, I am having the same problem with my minimap.

Alright, I tried it with a couple different units and it appears that Raszagal cannot be created with triggers.

you could make him in a remote part of the map, given to a different player, then move him to the Location that he's supoosed to be created at and use the Give Units to Player Action

Players
-Player 1

Condition
-"Player 1" accumalates "at least 275 ore"
-"Player 1" brings at least one "Terran Civilian" to "Make Raszagul"

Actions
-Move all "Raszagul" for "Player 2" at "Raszagul Save" to "Red Hero Make"
-Give All "Raszagul" owned by "Player 2" at "red Hero Make" to "Player 1"

Weird, very weird. I got the same problem when i tried that. Then i got the bright idea that i shud try it in original StarEdit and see if it worked there. And i saw that Razagal the Corsair doesn't exists, so that's probably the problem.

y does Razagal is in a corsar when has a dark temp wire frame?

Yea it would work, but i would have to place a indefinate amount of razgel on the map, and it would just mess up my whole design, i just traded the corsiar for a infested kerrigan, the lightening will have to do, thanks to all that tried...i appreciate it

Well I tested this out about a year ago, and the conclusion I reached is this: You CANNOT through triggers create any unit which comes as part of an addon to Staredit. I don't think there are any exceptions to that rule.

He means, if you can't the unit in StarEdit but you can in a patch or something like that (SCXE) then it won't work with triggers.

does it depend on what version of sc you have?

When i tried it i did this:

Conditions: Player one has accumulated 275 ore.
Player one brings at least one civilian to Red Heroes

Actions: Subtract 275 ore for player one
create one razagel corsair hero at red heroes for player 1

It worked fine,,,no problems
