Here's how to dupe an item without any hacking:works on closed

Use Town portal.
Set any item in front of the portal.
Click with the mouse on the item and step through the portal.
When you reach the town the item will be in your inventory.
Go back through the portal and the item will be where you
left it.

did you try it on closed bnet, open bnet, or singleplayer?

If it does work I think I figured out why it would, and to my thinking, would require a bnet connection.

But I doubt it works.

it woked on d1 so it might work on d2 but dont think so. it might just have been a one time thing.

True enough, working on D1 brings no hope of working on D2, it doesn't work, it couldn't work.

I looked at what happens, the only reason it "could" perhaps be able to work is irrelevant due to how D2 works...

This will not dupe anything.
