Reinstalling the game is the best course of action. It is alot of trouble to upload the program and not expect it to fail.

Reinstall if you havent already, its not hard just takes 10 minutes of your time.

and its not like reinstalling doesnt fix the problem, it does wonders that you can never imagine.
