CAn anyone make a 3d ob ject or a blue balloon with eyes like marker drawn? i dunno byrce so i wont bother. but if u can lend a hand it would be great and hter might be reward if it exceed my expectations\

few questions:

1) what do you want the balloon to look like (perfectly spherical, dog shaped balloon, extra long type, etc...)

2) other facial features? just eyes? and wtf does marker drawn mean

3) balloon texture? transparency?

4) Is the balloon supposed to be attached to a string?

5) point of view?

(sidenote: When I was reading your post, I was like "yea sure, i can do that in like 30 secs, what the heck"... and was just about to fire up Maya...but then I got to the part where you mentioned a reward. I don't know why, but for some reason it made me NOT want to help you.)
