Help!

I just got an Item Editor and made a few items, but I cant get them to work in the game. It tells me to save them in the "Save" file as a ".d2i" file, and it never woks. Are there other editors or programs that I need to install? Or do I need to save them into a different directory? Thanks...

K.. Which item editor did you download?
And sometimes there are some options on an item that wont work in a game.
