Dose any 1 know y wen i try to log on battle.net it stays stuck on connecting wen u hav to chose char?

try the usuall procedure: wait, restart, wait, reconnect to internet, reinstall, get d2loader, wait again, reset bnet-in-registry, and in case you havent tried it yet: wait more, most problems solve themself after a while

well i can see your internet got disconnected.... the icon on ur system tray with the "X"

i get that too0.. except my internet is connected...

next time it happens go to creat new character and then exit u'll get rd...

i have the same problem with one set of cdkeys....

i have this same problem also alot of time i would just do wut starfish does but i would wait it out like a day or so or restart my comp if that dont work then u need to re install diablo2 or try open see if it works there if its the same then ur diablo 2 is laggy
BTW: i can see you use brood war also does it load into brood war with no problem
@drastik : ya i see that also but i dont understand how he got into diablo2 closed/open character screen with out a connection it would just say"............." connecting right?

I was connected thats the Dsl and lan Connection and i dont have That
