Help with zonfire

I downloaded some .rar files from mewgood.com with d2 items in the and i've been using zonfire to do some hero editing and i was wondering if i can get the items that i downloaded onto my char with zonfire or if i can get the downloaded items on my open char at all.

basically i just need to know if i can put the items i downloaded onto an open char and how to do so.

thats a problem from the start mewgood isn't a good place to download anything from...
you are way better off just making your own items in zonfire... its quick and easy
