Help with skill questions

i have a friend thats blizz is 6k and he says its cuz he put all his skills on when he was lvl 75 and i am almost lvl 70 and my blizz is only 2.5k help me with this plz

We need to know more about how many skill points you have invested so far and in what skills. Also it would be nice to know your equipement.
