Help with either Jamella or Shadowmasters

How do i import items onto either jamella or Shadowmasters? When I try with Jamella, i dont even know how to hack up my char... and on Shadowmasters, when i try to import an item, all it does is create a little tiny window with a picture of the item in it and i have no idea what to do... Please Help!
