Help with d2jsp

hey can u help im not great with stuff like this, i got d2jsp and all the files but when i try to open default.d2j it says "windows cannot open this file" what do i do?

there are 2 options in that mode thing:

first is like search online

second is "open with..." use open with and open it w/ wordpad/text program

this does nothing, this just shows a text code for the file... doesnt acauly open the file
